Doing business as Hibshman Screw Machine Products, Inc., our company was originally founded in 1967 by Mr. William M. Hibshman. the original location was in Elkhart, Indiana. On August 15, 1983 McNeal Screw Machine, Inc. of Elkhart, Indiana was acquired by Mr. Hibshman and Mr. Gary Vanderbeek and consolidated with Hibshman Screw Machine Products, Inc. and moved to our current location at 69351 Union Road in Union, Michigan. Additions to our current location were made in 1985, 1988, 1991 and 1992.

Today HSMP, Inc. is a major screw machine products manufacturer and supplier in the Midwest area, supported by our most important assets; knowledgeable employees, courteous service and a host of satisfied customers. It is the goal of Hibshman Screw Machine Products, Inc. to provide total customer satisfaction by continuously improving our products, quality processes, and services. We are also making a mark in the marine and truck equipment supply aftermarket with our product line of Gas Prop Brackets and ball studs that compliment the industries gas shock springs. Since starting the manufacturing of brackets and studs in 1989 supplying to just two customers, the product has expanded to sales all across the United States. HSMP, Inc. is a member of the Truck Cap & Accessory Association.
